K12 Tutoring Pilot Program

Evaluate tutoring before you scale
The K12 Tutoring Pilot Program gives districts a focused, low-risk way to experience high-impact tutoring before committing to a larger implementation. Pilots are designed to demonstrate instructional quality, operational fit, and measurable student progress while giving district leaders the confidence to plan next steps.

Experience the model through a focused Pilot Program before scaling.

When A Pilot Is The Right Fit

A pilot is an effective starting point for districts that want to understand how high-impact tutoring works in practice before committing to a larger rollout.

It is well suited for districts that:

Are new to K12 tutoring
Want to evaluate tutoring ahead of an upcoming budget cycle
Need proof of impact to support internal or board-level decisions

Each pilot is intentionally structured to limit complexity while providing meaningful insight.

What The Pilot Is Designed To Deliver

Every K12 Tutoring pilot is built to:

Demonstrate measurable academic and operational results for a defined cohort
Provide district leaders with clear evidence to guide planning and decision making

A Focused, High-Impact Tutoring Pilot Model

To support consistency and measurable outcomes, pilots follow a defined structure:

One student cohort, one subject, one grade or grade band
Small-group tutoring (3–5 students per group)
High-impact tutoring delivered ideally during the school day
Consistent scheduling and tutor-student groupings to support instructional continuity

A Clear Path To Expansion

K12 Tutoring works side by side with districts to plan, launch, and sustain tutoring programs that align with instructional goals and daily schedules. Our team supports thoughtful planning, smooth implementation, and ongoing collaboration so programs remain responsive to student needs over time. The result is a partnership built on clarity, consistency, and shared accountability.

As part of the Pilot Program, districts receive a credit toward future tutoring services, helping reduce upfront risk and support confident planning for expansion once the pilot concludes.

Start with clarity. Scale with confidence
